I have been with Server101 for several years and found their support to be
timely and responsive. There are no hidden costs associated with many and
have been up front in all their dealings. Not to say they have not had some
problems in that time which have been minimal at worst. There are some
periods of time they need to back up their servers but their down time and
support is far superior to others plus economical. Their automatic programs
that the novice may find intimidating are actually simple and functional.
I know because I'm an old guy on a fixed income (almost) and notice every
nickle and dime and Server101 is a good value......................!
